I enjoy teaching different movement and meditation classes – various styles of yoga, meditation, and HIIT Pilates – as I believe each one has its own benefits and appeal. I encourage you to try them all and see which one suits you best, depending on your preferences and needs. And why not step out of your comfort zone as well, and try something new? Enjoy!

Vinyasa Flow
Build strength and improve flexibility in this dynamic Vinyasa-based class that links movement with breath. This class is open level, with modifications and variations of each asana available to suit each student’s body and yoga experience.

Beginner Flow
Build a good foundation to your personal practice in a Beginner Flow class where the main focus is on the fundamentals and alignment. This class is perfect for first-timers and beginners. Those with a regular practice may still benefit from this class by reacquainting themselves with the fundamentals.

Wine Down Flow
A combination of slow Vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. Drinking wine (or your beverage of choice) is optional, and will be cued at certain intervals. Students also have the option to stay and mingle after class.

Yin Yang Flow
Starts off in a Vinyasa flow for strength and mobility, and closes out with grounding poses in long holds.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time than other yoga classes, allowing you to target the connective tissues rather than the muscles. This class is also perfect for anyone just starting with their yoga practice.
Release and Restore
We will first release tightness in the body through myofascial release techniques, then close the practice with a restorative yoga sequence. Students must come prepared with 1 or 2 tennis balls (for the myofascial release) and at least 1 bolster/cushion/pillow (for the restorative yoga flow).

HIIT Flow
A fast-paced, vigorous class that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and yoga

HIIT Pilates
A high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles to provide a calorie-burning, full body strengthening session.

Meditation
Connect with yourself and cultivate an open awareness of the world around you through a guided meditation practice.

Private / Corporate Classes
Private Class
(One-on-One or Small Group)
Private sessions are available for those who prefer a more individualized approach to their practice. Classes will be tailored to your specific needs and requirements.
This is also an option for: 1) those who prefer not to join a public group class for whatever reason; or 2) those who are unable to join the public group classes due to scheduling conflicts.
These classes may be done in either a one-on-one or small group setting of you and your friends.
