This was borne out of my desire to help people to move better and feel better through yoga, meditation and HIIT Pilates.

About Me

Professional Yoga, Meditation, and HIIT Pilates Teacher

It was love at first sweat as soon as I stepped onto the mat for a Bikram Yoga class in 2004. I was tired and burned out from long hours in my advertising job, and yoga made me feel calm and relaxed. Soon, I found myself going back 4, 5, even 6 days a week. Not long after, I started exploring other styles of yoga and was also introduced to other aspects of the practice such as meditation and pranayama. 

Through the years, yoga has been a constant grounding force that has gotten me through life’s many ups and downs – notably a quarter life crisis that led me to my first 200-hour yoga teacher training, recurring bouts of depression and anxiety, and body image issues. It has also helped address certain health concerns I had (returning my LDL to normal levels and minimizing PCOS symptoms). And now I look forward to sharing the gift of yoga with you, so that you may see how it can empower you and change your life for the better.
