Hey there!

My name is Jennifer Non, and I’m a certified yoga and meditation teacher currently based in Manila, Philippines.

Since completing my first certification in 2015, I have been sharing my practice and love for yoga not just within my local community but also to a global audience. Yoga has been a constant grounding force in my life, through all its ups and downs, including a struggle with depression and anxiety.
